Return Conditions
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. • Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Procedure
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at service@foldngo.ca. We are here to answer all your questions and guide you through the process. • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return label.
Return Fees
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely. • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all non-defective returns.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will promptly inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 days, minus the restocking fee if applicable.
Defectiveor Damaged Items
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@foldngo.ca with photos of the item and packaging. We are committed to resolving this issue quickly and at no additional cost to you.
